KASP PCR MixPlus (Low ROX+) is a 2X PCR mix developed for KASP technology. It is a ready-to-use master mix pre-mixed with FAM and HEX labeled probes. Only the SNP-specific primers and DNA template need to be added. The reaction system has been specially optimized to reduce the formation of non-specific products from mismatched primers, significantly improving the specificity of PCR amplification. This product contains a low concentration of pre-mixed ROX reference dye, making it suitable for use with real-time PCR instruments such as the ABI Q3, as well as instruments that do not require ROX calibration or have the ROX calibration channel turned off.
