2. Shipping Policy

GDSBIO charges based on the volume of the shipping package by region. Generally, FedEx and DHL air service is used for transportation. If you require other shipping services, please contact us at order@gdsbio.com.

3. Delivery Time

Shipping Time: Due to factors such as time differences and product characteristics, orders will be processed within 3-5 business days. If the quantity of goods is large or customization is required, please negotiate the shipping time with GDSBIO.

Delivery Timeframe: The specific delivery time varies by delivery area, generally estimated to be 3-5 working days. During Chinese national holidays, orders may not be arranged for shipment in a timely manner, but will be processed as soon as possible on working days. We apologize for any inconvenience.

4. Special Requirements for Cold Chain Transportation

Temperature Control: The temperature is strictly controlled during transportation according to the requirements of different products, such as ultra-low temperature, low temperature, and ambient temperature.

Packaging Requirements: Products requiring low-temperature transportation must be packaged with ice packs, insulated boxes, dry ice, etc.

Transportation Methods: Most products of GDSBIO are transported at low temperatures using ice packs, and cold chain transportation is also available as an option. A small number of products can be transported at ambient temperature.
