Super KASP PCR MixPlus (Low ROX+) is a 2X PCR Mix developed for KASP genotyping technology. It incorporates a UDG/dUTP carryover contamination prevention system and is pre-mixed with FAM- and HEX‑labeled probes. The reaction requires only the addition of SNP‑specific primers and DNA template.
The reaction system of Super KASP PCR MixPlus has been specially optimized to reduce the formation of mispriming extension products, significantly improving the specificity of PCR amplification. The master mix is pre‑mixed with a low concentration of ROX reference dye, making it suitable for use with ABI Q3 and other real‑time PCR instruments that require low ROX normalization.
