The kit adopts the magnetic particle purification technology based on superparamagnetism, which can minimize the risk of cross-contamination and improve the sensitivity and accuracy of detection. The operation time of the instrument is only about 30 minutes. It can also be used for manual operation.

Features
The nucleic acid is extracted by magnetic bead method. The solutions are not prepackaged in 96 deep-well plates. It can be used by hand with magnetic frame, or it can be separated into 96 deep-well plate to work with extraction instrument for extraction.
