Super HIFI PCR Master MixII

Description
Super HIFI PCR Master MixII is a green premixed PCR solution containing a Hotstart high-fidelity DNA polymerase. It includes two tracking dyes and a density reagent, allowing direct loading of PCR products onto gels. With fidelity 100 times that of Taq, it is suitable for applications requiring high precision such as molecular cloning, Sanger sequencing, site-directed mutagenesis, multiplex PCR, and NGS library preparation. It also offers high inhibitor tolerance, making it suitable for DNA templates of lower purity.
