The pG-MNase CUT&RUN Assay Kit for qPCR is designed to study protein-DNA interactions using the CUT&RUN (Cleavage Under Targets and Release Using Nuclease) technology. It uses a Protein G-fused MNase nuclease, directed by an antibody, to precisely cut DNA near protein binding sites. Compared with traditional ChIP-Seq, CUT&RUN simplifies workflows, reduces sample requirements, and offers high success rates and faster processing. The kit is suitable for analyzing histone modifications, transcription factors, and chromatin remodeling enzymes, and has been rigorously quality controlled.

Application Scope:
For analyzing protein-DNA interactions in mammalian cells (5,000-500,000 cells), and applicable to plant tissues, yeast, and other cells after proper pretreatment.
