miRNA 1st Strand cDNA Synthesis Kit (by tailing A) is a polyadenylation-based reverse transcription kit for miRNA, also known as a first-strand cDNA synthesis kit. This kit uses miRNA or total RNA as a template. First, under the action of Poly A polymerase (PAP), poly (A) tails are added to the 3' end of miRNA to complete the polyadenylation reaction. Subsequently, a reverse transcriptase specifically engineered for miRNA reverse transcription and a universal reverse transcription primer are used, along with an optimized buffer system, to perform a highly sensitive reverse transcription reaction. Both the polyadenylation and reverse transcription reactions are carried out in the same tube, making the process convenient, time-saving, and reducing the risk of contamination.
