This kit employs a heat-resistant reverse transcriptase, combined with an optimized buffer system, to ensure the continuous and stable production of specific miRNA reverse transcription products. Additionally, the kit includes a genomic DNA removal step, which can rapidly eliminate genomic DNA contamination, making the results of subsequent qPCR and other experiments more accurate.
