Description
AugeGreen is a DNA-binding dye used for real-time quantitative PCR (qPCR). It has similar spectral characteristics to SYBR Green I but offers significant advantages such as low PCR inhibition, high stability, and high safety, making it an ideal substitute for SYBR Green I, especially in qPCR reactions requiring high-resolution melting curve analysis.

Product Features
1. Low PCR Inhibition
AugeGreen exhibits significantly lower PCR inhibition compared to SYBR Green I. It can be used at higher concentrations to achieve stronger amplification signals, suitable for fast PCR protocols. It also eliminates the "dye redistribution" issue, supporting multiplex PCR and high-resolution melting (HRM) analysis.
2. High Stability
AugeGreen remains highly stable during storage, handling, and PCR processes. It does not degrade and can be safely stored at room temperature or in the refrigerator, allowing repeated freeze-thaw cycles. In contrast, SYBR Green I is less stable and its degradation can further increase PCR inhibition.
3. High Safety
AugeGreen reduces cell membrane permeability and has been tested by independent laboratories to be non-mutagenic and non-cytotoxic. In contrast, SYBR Green I may inhibit normal DNA repair mechanisms in cells, potentially enhancing mutagenicity, which AugeGreen does not exhibit.
