6X Gel Loading Dye, Three-Color is a pre-mixed loading buffer with three tracking dyes for agarose and non-denaturing polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. EDTA is included to chelate magnesium (up to 10mM) in enzymatic reactions, thereby stopping the reaction. Bromophenol blue, xylene cyanol and orange G are the standard tracking dyes for electrophoresis.

Application
Preparation of DNA ladders, markers and samples for loading on agarose or polyacrylamide gels.

Three-color tracking of DNA migration during electrophoresis.
