The 4X RT-ddPCR Master Mix is a master mix specifically designed for one-step multiplex digital fluorescent quantitative PCR. It can simultaneously detect RNA or DNA target sequences. The optimized buffer system allows for the formation of uniform and stable droplets, completing RT and PCR in one system, and enabling multiplex PCR of up to six RNA/DNA sequences. This mixture is provided at a 4X concentration, allowing for the addition of more template for the reaction, thereby increasing the sensitivity of detection. The product contains the Cy5.5 fluorescent dye for droplet identification.
