Product Description

mRNA Capture Beads are 1 μm superparamagnetic beads covalently coupled with Oligo(dT). They are designed for efficient isolation of poly(A) RNA from purified total RNA. The magnetic separation technology allows intact mRNA to be isolated from small sample volumes without the need for mRNA precipitation. The entire procedure can be completed within 1 hour. The purified mRNA is suitable for downstream applications such as reverse transcription and NGS library construction.

 

Storage Condition

Store at 2–8°C. Do not freeze. Transport on ice packs. Unopened product is stable for 2 years.

 

Applications

Isolation of poly(A) RNA from 0.01–12.5 μg of intact total RNA (RIN value ≥7). Degraded RNA may lead to loss of poly(A) RNA information.
