MaxScript Reverse Transcriptase is a heat-resistant reverse transcriptase engineered from M-MLV (RNase H-). MaxScript Reverse Transcriptase remains stable during prolonged reactions at 55°C, making it highly suitable for reverse transcription of RNA templates with complex secondary structures. This enzyme exhibits strong template affinity, allowing the synthesis of cDNA up to 20 kb in length. It is highly resistant to transcription inhibitors such as polysaccharides and polyphenols, making it ideal for synthesizing full-length cDNA.
