Probe qPCR Taq Polymerase Plus UDG is a reagent designed for probe-based fluorescent quantitative PCR (qPCR) detection. This product contains a hot-start Taq DNA polymerase pre-mixed with thermostable UDG (Uracil-DNA Glycosylase), a qPCR buffer compatible with multiplex amplification, a dNTP Mix including dUTP, and MgCl2. It serves as an excellent raw material for preparing customized probe-based qPCR master mixes. The product tolerates various amplification inhibitors, and the UDG enzyme effectively prevents aerosol contamination and false-positive amplification. It is compatible with mainstream real-time PCR systems such as ABI and Bio-Rad, supports fast amplification protocols, and can achieve ideal high-sensitivity and high-specificity detection results in as little as 30 minutes.
Applications
Probe-based qPCR experiments on genomic DNA.
IVD product development for viral nucleic acid detection.
