One-step Probe RT-qPCR Kit V4 is a high-performance one-step probe-based reverse transcription quantitative PCR (RT-qPCR) master mix, consisting of two components: an enzyme mix and a reaction buffer. This product employs an optimized combination of antibody-modified hot-start Taq DNA polymerase and highly thermostable Power Reverse Transcriptase, coupled with a deeply optimized reaction buffer system, to achieve highly specific and sensitive detection results. The product offers excellent stability at ambient temperature, facilitating transportation and storage, and significantly improving user convenience. The dUTP/temperature-sensitive UDG contamination prevention system effectively prevents false positives caused by PCR product carryover and aerosol contamination, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of results. It is suitable for developing various high-sensitivity RNA detection kits.
