GDSPure RNA Clean Beads

Description

GDSPure RNA Clean Beads are high-performance superparamagnetic beads formulated with an optimized buffer system. Based on SPRI (Solid Phase Reverse Immobilization) technology, they enable efficient purification of RNA by removing proteins, salts, enzymes and other contaminants. The product is suitable for RNA recovery from various in vitro reaction systems (e.g., reverse transcription reactions, DNase I digestion, in vitro transcription). Purified RNA can be used directly in downstream applications such as RT-PCR, cDNA synthesis and NGS library construction. The workflow is simple and can be performed manually or on automated platforms.

 Application

Purification of RNA from various in vitro reaction systems (e.g., RNA purification during library construction, RNA recovery after DNase I digestion, RNA clean-up before reverse transcription).

Not suitable for direct RNA extraction from cells or tissues.
