GDSlyo One-step Probe RT-qPCR Kit V2 is a one-step probe-based RT-qPCR reagent meticulously developed for the lyophilization process. This product utilizes an optimized combination of a thermostable Power Reverse Transcriptase, engineered to remove RNase H activity, and a high-specificity hot-start DNA polymerase, significantly enhancing reverse transcription efficiency and PCR amplification performance. It delivers excellent standard curves over a wide linear range, making it particularly suitable for highly sensitive detection of low-concentration RNA templates. The reagent is equipped with a rigorously optimized qPCR-specific buffer system and a dUTP/temperature-sensitive UDG contamination prevention system, effectively preventing false positives caused by aerosols and product carryover, ensuring accurate and reproducible results. The lyophilized product has a full form and excellent stability, suitable for storage and transportation at ambient temperature and various molecular testing scenarios.
