GDSlyo Fast One-step Probe RT-qPCR Kit is a one-step probe-based RT-qPCR reagent optimized for the lyophilization process. It employs an optimized combination of a genetically engineered fast thermostable reverse transcriptase and a high-fidelity hot-start DNA polymerase, coupled with a highly efficient reaction buffer system, enabling complete amplification in just 20-40 minutes, significantly improving detection throughput. The included thermostable reverse transcriptase is engineered to remove RNase H activity, offering higher cDNA synthesis efficiency and amplification sensitivity, making it particularly suitable for the stable detection of low-concentration RNA templates.
This kit produces excellent standard curves over a wide linear range, ensuring accurate and reliable quantification. It is also compatible with various fast PCR instruments and rapid amplification programs, meeting the needs of high-throughput and rapid testing applications. The built-in optimized qPCR buffer and dUTP/temperature-sensitive UDG contamination prevention system effectively eliminate false positives caused by aerosols and product carryover. The lyophilized product has good formability and excellent stability, suitable for ambient temperature storage and transportation and various molecular diagnostic scenarios.
