Description
Fast Hotstart Taq Polymerase is a thermally activated rapid Taq DNA polymerase modified with antibodies. Its polymerase activity is strictly inhibited below 55°C. After a 30-second initial denaturation at 95°C, the antibody is completely inactivated, fully releasing the enzyme's activity. This significantly suppresses non-specific amplification, ensuring extremely high PCR specificity and making it particularly suitable for multiplex PCR reactions.
This enzyme exhibits tolerance to various PCR inhibitors and enzyme denaturants, making it ideal for PCR amplification of complex samples. The optimized reaction buffer guarantees exceptional sensitivity, enabling effective amplification of target fragments from low-copy or complex templates. Consequently, it serves as an ideal component for fluorescent quantitative PCR diagnostic reagents.
