Direct One-step Probe RT-qPCR Kit is a nucleic acid extraction-free, one-step probe-based RT-qPCR master mix. The Direct One-step Enzyme Mix contains optimized reverse transcriptase, antibody-modified hot-start Taq, and temperature-sensitive UDG enzyme, which eliminates DNA contamination at room temperature and is inactivated during the reverse transcription step. This product exhibits extremely high tolerance to inhibitors and can be used directly for target gene detection in various blood samples, swabs, and saliva. It is compatible with multiplex fluorescent PCR systems, supports fast protocols, and is suitable for pathogen detection, gene expression analysis, and other research and IVD development applications.
