2X Libra HIFI PCR Master Mix

2X Libra HIFI PCR Master Mix is a ready-to-use high-fidelity PCR master mix containing a monoclonal antibody-based hot-start DNA polymerase, dNTPs, an optimized buffer, and two tracking dyes along with density reagents. The amplification products can be directly loaded onto agarose gels for electrophoresis. This product has been systematically optimized for a broad GC range (25%–80%) and AT-rich sequences, providing excellent amplification success and yield even for high-GC or extremely low-GC fragments, long fragments, or crude templates containing common inhibitors. Its fidelity is approximately 100 times that of regular Taq DNA polymerase, making it especially suitable for high-precision applications such as molecular cloning, site-directed mutagenesis, Sanger sequencing, multiplex PCR, and NGS library amplification.
